ATI Membership
Who we are.
ATI was founded in 1946 to be a voice for taxpayers and to promote responsible tax and fiscal policies. It is the only organization in the State of Idaho focused on tax and fiscal policy. Our broad-based membership cuts across all sectors.
ATI continually monitors all fiscal policy issues affecting taxpayers, including:
- State budgets and revenue.
- State tax legislation, rule-making.
- Local property tax information, rates, and levies.

We use our expertise and education to help you navigate tax policy. By working directly with lawmakers and tax agency leaders, we navigate complex issues with unbiased facts. Although tax policy can be adversarial by nature, open communication creates opportunities for collaboration and consensus.
